Admissions Process

Enquiry & School Visit

Contact our admissions office to arrange a visit. We encourage all prospective families to tour our school, meet our staff, and experience our learning environment firsthand.

Application Submission

Complete the application form and submit it along with the required documents, including previous school reports and your child's birth certificate.

Student Assessment

Your child will be invited for a age-appropriate assessment to help us understand their current academic level and learning needs.

Family Interview

We meet with parents and the student to discuss our school ethos and ensure alignment with your family's values and expectations.

Offer of Place

Successful applicants will receive a formal offer letter. We ask that you confirm acceptance within the specified timeframe.

Enrolment & Induction

Complete the enrolment paperwork, pay the registration fee, and attend our induction day to help your child settle in smoothly.


Fee Information

SOL Christian Academy is an independent, fee-paying school. Our fees are competitive and represent excellent value for the quality of education and individualised attention your child will receive.

Fee payments can be made termly or annually. Financial assistance and sibling discounts may be available — please enquire with our admissions office for details.

Additional charges: Registration fee (£75), uniform, school trips, and optional extracurricular activities.

Bursaries & Scholarships

SOL Christian Academy is committed to making Christian education accessible. We offer a limited number of means-tested bursaries and merit-based scholarships for eligible students.

Types of Financial Support
